I finally wore the gingham blouse and skirt together and got Mike to take some pictures. Please excuse the bike helmets in the background. And the fact that I look like a hobbit. Mike doesn’t quite get that if he takes pictures from above (I.E. his eye level), I look about three feet tall.
I also had some fun yesterday with some safety pins and a full skirt. I really like the idea of bustles and was fooling around with my skirt, pulling the fullness to the back to see what it would look like. Apparently, it looks like an awesome new skirt so I wore it out for date night! Yay for pretending I have more clothes than I do! I’ve come to discover that I really enjoy pieces I can wear multiple ways.
